Powerst Company have tried its best to follow its goals in HSE system in order to save the human resources, industrial safety management, job health and creating a clean and healthy environment, so that the company has put the adaptation to this system’s necessities as the first priority of its activities. The HSE department of Powerst Company has assessed the extracted risks based on the risk assessment system in three divisions of health, safety and environment with systematic and compiled planning and based on the up to date instructions of the world. The mechanism to face the job risks is being done by managerial and engineering methods, or a combination of them so that in health part (H), the primary assessments and employees health continuous evaluation, job examinations and respective trainings including first aids are the instructions of this company. In industrial safety part (S), with performing the training courses in different levels, controlling the manner of executing the affairs by safety experts, preparing the specialized and general self protection equipments (PPE) and other methods has taken action to eliminating, replacing or controlling the safety risks. In the environment, part (E), in order to save the environmental and natural recourses capitals and preventing its demolition, has taken action to provide environmental instructions in power transmission lines and high voltage substations and the Powerst Company’s executive pillars have committed to perform it.
